Pela Mare Hotel - Agia Pelagia (Crete)

The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the fine bays. The steep walk to nearby restaurants was challenging at night. Enjoyed the bike tours offered nearby, a great way to explore the area!

Great stuff, beautiful and huge rooms in the livingroom...

The breakfast was savoury with home made goodies and incredible views, and the team was genuinely helpful and kept the space fairly clean. Booked the hotel for its exceptionally nice and perfect location very close to the hill, the clean sea and Pela Mare.

The inconvenient location for walking back from the beach was a challenge!!! Limited options for dining nearby made it frustrating, especially when returning from a day out. Some shower facilities required better design, holding the showerhead is cumbersome!!!

there was plenty of food for breakfast, it was amazing. the beds were exceptionally comfortable and each modern and huge room had central heating, a safe and multi-channel television.

The gardens are beautifully maintained with vibrant flowers and lots of shade. The steep hill makes walking back exhausting after dinner.

The hotel of choice in Agia Pelagia. Savoury breakfast with fresh homemade bread and with tasty food available. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location on the hill above the town, 15 min on foot to Agia Pelagia Beach. Based next to the grounds, and the airport for an early morning flight...

Pela Mare hotel offers fine sea views right from the room. The staff, especially the receptionist, who was kind and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection, with local produce and baked goods. The pool area was inviting, with a beautiful view and a clean environment for relaxation. The beach nearby requires a steep walk back, which can be exhausting after a long day. Dinner options at the hotel were limited. An upgrade to the room decor would enhance the overall experience, as some areas felt a bit outdated. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives .

Beautiful little boutique hotel with good views.

Arriving just 15 minutes before the supposed end time led to a rude confrontation with the staff. Despite the serene setting, the steep walk back from the beach at night was quite exhausting and less than ideal.

The staff was super friendly, always smilin and ready to help especially the cute maria and kostas. Breakfast was so good, like a love buffet! Loved the views from our family room, it was clean and comfy, perfect for chillin. The pool area was really nice too, just a great spot to relax and enjoy the flowers around.

The vegan dining options are limited, lacking the variety necessary for a satisfying meal, and the beach's steep access could pose challenges for those with mobility issues.

The view from my room was amazin, it really seemed like i was on top of the world. Breakfast was super tasty with lots of choices, both hot and cold. The cleaning staff were always smilin. The location was great, i loved hangin out by the pool. A perfect hotel for a solo traveler like me!

only downside was that i wish they had dinner options available at the hotel, and the steep walk to nearby restaurants could be tough at night.

Families will love it

The views from our room were amazing, feeling like I was on top of the world every morning. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Lots of homemade treats and hot options made it really enjoyable.

It wasn't exactly a budget-friendly stay, but I guess you pay for the view.

Fine Views and Wonderful Staff

I had a enjoyable stay, with amazing views of the sea and Agia Pelagia from my room. The highlight was definitely Sofia at the reception desk. She was helpful, even arranging an early breakfast for us. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast offerings were excellent, with plenty of variety. The bathroom felt cramped and could use some updates.
